The service. Prairie Bids emails summaries of public bid notices we find on public sources. We are a private service, not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with any issuer.

No guarantee of completeness. We try to cover every relevant public source, but we may miss bids, and dates or details may change after we publish them. Always confirm requirements, due dates and addenda in the official posting before bidding. We aren't liable for missed bids or for errors in third-party notices.

Trial and billing. The free trial lasts 14 days and needs no card. A subscription costs $39 per month, billed in advance through Stripe, and renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the link in our emails. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and we don't give partial-month refunds unless the law requires them.

Use. The emails are for your own business use. Please don't resell or republish them in bulk.

Changes. We may update these terms or the price. We'll email you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
